Let's have the courage to lean into issues that face Kingsport. Leaning in means removing the fear of failure. It means grabbing the opportunity and moving as if everything depends on it. The best part about leaning in is that even if the failure arises we "fail fast" and give it another shot with a different approach.

With an entity the size of Kingsport, it can often take years or decades for people to see progress. Let's make sure that as newly elected leaders step in that we are ensuring longer-term strategies continue to progress and that we are Following Through on our decisions. I think these Masterplans are a great step in that direction.
